Here at Payette Forward, we genuinely appreciate the amazing Facebook Group Community that has formed over the past 2 years. We’ve built the largest group of iPhone users who help each other out when they have problems. As our group membership has grown, however, so have our expenses and the time necessary to give everyone the expert support they need to have their iPhone fixed.
We’re not backed by any big companies and we work out of our homes. We take pride in writing the best iPhone help articles and offering the best support you’ll find online, and we do it all on a shoestring budget. Due to our financial situation as a business, however, and the rising cost of providing support, we have decided to move our one-on-one support into a second paid Facebook group.
I spend a great deal of time researching answers and giving individual support, sometimes going step-by step-with help, which is not something that any other company offers for free. Apple charges $29 per incident for out-of-warranty support, and 90 days of phone support is included with the cost of an iPhone. We don’t sell a product — we just offer free support.
David P. and David L. focus a great deal on writing new articles, creating new YouTube content, and on running and growing the business so that we can provide many sources for help.
The second, paid support group will have two tiers: One at $3 / month and another at $10 / month. The original group will continue to exist, but we will be moving all one-on-one, in-depth support to the new group. For a limited time, every $3 / month supporter will receive a free waterproof iPhone pouch, and every $10 / month supporter will receive a free Payette Forward T-Shirt.
Remember that you’re not just paying for support — you’re helping to support a growing startup and small business, and helping to compensate me for my time.
This low monthly subscription is a way for you to support our small team and continue to help us create new, helpful content. Almost all of the content and support we provide at Payette Forward is done by three people: myself, David Payette, and David Lynch.
We need to balance our love for helping people fix problems with their iPhone and running a business that strives to be a world-class publisher. Our transition to a paid support Facebook group will help us continue to provide the best iPhone support on the internet as well as grow a company.
We are grateful for all the support you’ve given us over the past two years, and we look forward to continuing our relationship as Payette Forward continues to grow.
