What is the best way to have backed up data on the iCloud from my iPhone to not restore or load to my iPad?  I do not need that data on my iPad.

Dear Cpr Houston,

iCloud backups aren’t shared between devices. Each device has its own backup in iCloud, and when you restore a device from an iCloud backup, the other devices on your account aren’t affected. If data is syncing between your devices, go to Settings -> iCloud and turn off the features you don’t want to sync. I hope this helps!
