I phone 7 will not ring
Can't get my iphone7plus to ring, I'm senior 70 and need help
Hi Kat! Have you tried each of the tips we suggest in the article? If so, which ones did you have trouble with? I'd be happy to try to explain them more clearly for you.
May want to check the settings under Phone that the call silencing and blocked contacts is not - repeat - NOT set to ON.

Thank you so much for your help. For some reason my Do Not Disturb button was ON. I never have it on but I have recently done an update - I was wondering if that would have changed my settings. Anyways thank you so much.
