What Is Apple One? Here’s The Truth!

One of the most exciting announcements that came out of the September Apple Event was Apple One. Apple One is an unprecedented service for Apple that will allow users to integrate their Apple ecosystem even more thoroughly. In this article, I’ll tell you everything you need to know about Apple One!

Apple One, Explained

Apple One is Apple’s new subscription service, which allows users access to several of their most popular media apps and programs for a single monthly fee. Apple One will be officially available to the public later this fall.

An Apple One subscription includes access to a packaged combination of classic and new Apple services. Currently, Apple One includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, Apple News+, and the new Apple Fitness+. Whether you are an entertainment nerd or a serious athlete, you will find a way to easily integrate a few or all of these services into your day-to-day life with Apple One.

What Do I Need To Use Apple One?

To sign up for an Apple One subscription, all you need is an Apple ID and at least one Apple device. However, if you already integrate multiple Apple products into your tech ecosystem, you can enjoy your Apple One subscription on all of them!

Anyone with an iPhone, Mac computer, iPad, Apple Watch, or Apple TV can sign up for Apple One and use each of its features to the fullest.

How Much Does Apple One Cost?

There are three packages available for Apple One subscriptions: Individual, Family, and Premier.

An Apple One Individual plan allows users access to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 50 GB of iCloud storage for $14.95 per month.

For $19.95 per month, Apple One Family allows users access to all of the same services as an Individual subscription, plus an additional 150 GB of iCloud storage. Anyone with an Apple One Family subscription can grant access to all of these services to as many as 5 other people.

The most premium subscription available is Apple One Premier. For a monthly fee of $29.95, subscribers gain access to all of the services available in the Individual and Family plans, as well as Apple News+, Apple Fitness+ and a full 2 TB of iCloud storage.

Apple is offering a one-month free trial so you can learn if it’s a good fit for you. At the end of the month, the subscription will automatically renew but you’re free to cancel at anytime.
