To change the ringtone on your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap Sounds & Haptics -> Ringtone. Then, tap on the ringtone you want to use under the list of Ringtones. You’ll know a ringtone has been selected when you see the small blue check mark next to it.

How Change The Ringtone On iPhone For Specific Contacts

Begin by opening the Contacts app and tap on the contact you want to set a specific ringtone for. Next, tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner of the display. Scroll down and tap Ringtone, then tap on the ringtone you want to hear whenever that contact calls or texts you.

How To Purchase New Ringtones On Your iPhone

If you don’t like any of the default ringtones that come with your iPhone, you can purchase a new ringtone from the Settings app on your iPhone. Open the Settings app and tap Sounds & Haptics -> Ringtone -> Tone Store, which will open up the iTunes Store.

To purchase a new ringtone, tap on Tones at the top of this menu. The easiest way to find a specific tone is to tap on the Search tab at the bottom of the display, then type in the name of the song you want to set as your ringtone followed by the word “ringtone.”

I purchased a ringtone, and it’s downloaded fine etc, but it’s not showing up? I can go into purchased and it’s there, but when I go to change my ringtone it doesn’t turn up, what’s happening?
